The studies below are a selection from more than 100 economic impact analyses our team has authored for public agencies, universities, festivals, ports, pension systems, and private clients. Each was conducted under the same standard: an input-output model calibrated to the study geography, conservative treatment of net new versus substitutional spending, and deliverables designed for the audience that would read them.

These cases illustrate the range of our work — national in scope (U.S. Data Center Construction), statewide (Montana Aviation), mapped to legislative districts (LACERA), or multi-tenant campuses (Port San Antonio). Each used different tools, but each was built on the same principle: findings should hold up to scrutiny from anyone who reads the methodology.
